# Clinic OS Pro > Clinic OS Pro is a patient retention and revenue recovery platform for owner-led sports and orthopedic physical therapy clinics in the US and Canada. It runs on top of the EMR a clinic already has and is not an EMR itself. It works three leaks: same-day no-shows, patients who stop mid-plan before finishing their plan of care, and lapsed patients who have not been seen in months. $249/month self-serve, or delivered hands-on through the 60-Day Sprint. Contact: support@clinicospro.com. ## What it does - Runs 18 situation-specific campaigns over SMS, email and voice: no-show rescue, plan-of-care completion, rebooking, and eight reactivation variants. Campaigns are approved by the clinic and sign off from the patient's own treating clinician. - Robin, an AI calling agent, phones no-shows and lapsed patients from the clinic's own local number, verifies identity before discussing anything, transcribes every call, and texts a booking link to anyone who does not pick up. Inbound: answers the calls the front desk misses. - Reads and sorts every reply into five intents before it reaches staff. An uncertain reading is routed to a person rather than hidden. The opt-out matcher is deliberately narrow so "can I stop by Tuesday?" is never read as an unsubscribe. - 29 reasons a message is stopped before sending, across 8 categories: consent, quiet hours, contact caps, minimum gaps between messages. A detected duplicate halts sending for the whole clinic until a person looks. - Attribution in dollars, not open rates: a win is credited when a contacted patient books, confirmed when they attend, valued at the collected-per-visit rate the clinic sets, and voided automatically if a re-check fails. Bot and mail-scanner clicks are excluded. - Multi-location: an organization layer above clinics, one login, roll-up and per-location reporting, per-location numbers, limits and baselines. ## Pricing - Clinic OS Pro: $249/month, or $199/month billed annually ($2,388/year). Month to month, no contract, no setup fee. - Robin AI Calling: $199/month add-on to Pro. Included in the Sprint and in Growth Partner. - 60-Day Sprint: $0 upfront. The success fee is sized on the Implementation Call from the clinic's own numbers and is not published. You pay only after we have recovered double our fee. 60 days to do it, plus 30 more on us if we need them. If we never get there, you owe nothing and keep everything we built. - Growth Partner: $997/month ($797/month annually). For Sprint graduates only; we keep running everything after the Sprint.
