Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data. To submit a request:
- Email privacy@wiebeconsulting.com with the subject "Data Subject Request"
- Include your full name and the email associated with your account
- Specify the type of request (access, deletion, correction, or portability)
- We will respond within 30 days (or as required by applicable law)
Note for Patients: Clinic OS Pro stores patient data on behalf of clinics. Patients should contact their healthcare provider directly to exercise data rights.
