Only app.clinicospro.com. This page is a signpost on the marketing site and never asks for your password. If a link asks you to sign in anywhere else, do not use it.
The reset email has not arrived
Check the spam folder first, and search for clinicospro. If it is not there, email support@clinicospro.com from the address on the account and we will reset it by hand.
Someone on your team cannot get in
Each person signs in with their own email rather than a shared clinic login, so a staff member locked out needs their own reset. Email support and name the clinic.
Looking for the patient portal?
There is not one. Clinic OS Pro works through text, email and phone calls from your clinic, so patients never create an account. If you are a patient trying to reach your clinic, reply to the message they sent you.
