Works with Jane

Keep Jane. Add the revenue layer.

Jane is the modern all-in-one favorite of small and cash-based clinics. Clinic OS Pro doesn't replace it – it runs on top, recovering the revenue that leaks out through no-shows, mid-plan drop-offs, and lapsed patients.

The short answer

Yes – Clinic OS Pro works with Jane. Jane stays your EMR for booking, charting, and payments; Clinic OS Pro imports your patient list and runs the revenue-recovery playbooks Jane leaves to reminders: same-day no-show rescue, mid-plan drop-off saves, and lapsed-patient reactivation.

What stays in Jane

  • Documentation & notes
  • Scheduling
  • Billing & claims

Untouched. Jane remains your system of record.

What Clinic OS Pro adds

  • Same-day no-show rescue

A cancel or ghost triggers same-day follow-up – text, email, and call script – so the slot gets rebooked instead of written off.

  • Plan-of-care completion

Patients drifting mid-plan get nudged back before they disappear, so more plans of care actually finish.

  • Lapsed-patient reactivation

Your 6+ month inactive list gets a proven multi-touch sequence that brings a steady share of past patients back through the door.

How it connects to Jane

A secure patient-list import – the export every Jane clinic already has. No HL7 feed, no API project, no IT involvement. Import in minutes, and the playbooks run from there. It works the same from your EMR, or wherever your patient list lives.

Common questions

Does Clinic OS Pro integrate with Jane?

Clinic OS Pro works alongside Jane through a secure patient-list import. You export your patient list from Jane (a built-in export every clinic already has), import it in minutes, and the playbooks run from there. No HL7 feed, no API project, no changes to Jane itself.

Do I have to stop using Jane?

No – that is the whole point. Jane stays your system of record for scheduling, documentation, and billing. Clinic OS Pro adds the revenue-recovery layer Jane was never designed to be: same-day no-show rescue, plan-of-care completion nudges, and lapsed-patient reactivation.

Will it change my Jane documentation or billing?

No. Clinic OS Pro never touches your notes, claims, or billing workflows. It works from your patient list and visit activity, and everything it recovers shows up as normal booked visits inside Jane.

What does Clinic OS Pro cost?

A flat $149/mo, no contract. At typical reimbursement, a couple of recovered visits more than cover the fee. Clinics that want it fully done for them can start with the 60-Day Revenue & Retention Sprint instead – $0 upfront with a success fee only after we hit your targets.

Is patient data handled safely?

Yes. The import is limited to the contact and visit-status fields needed for outreach, transfers are encrypted, and a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available – see clinicospro.com/baa.

What if I don't use Jane anymore later?

Nothing breaks. Because Clinic OS Pro runs on a patient-list import rather than a hard-wired integration, it works the same way with whatever EMR you run next – or with a plain spreadsheet export while you transition.
