Jane App Pricing for a PT Clinic (2026): Plans, Add-ons and Costs by Clinic Size

Jane App pricing for a PT clinic, read on Jane's site Oct 21, 2026: plans from $59 to $99, per-practitioner fees, add-ons and costs at 1, 3 and 5 clinicians.

You want a number before you sit through a demo, and Jane is one of the few practice-management platforms that publishes its prices. What a PT clinic pays on Jane comes down to three things: how many practitioners you have, whether you bill insurance, and how you take payments.

Here is the full picture, read from Jane's own website on October 21, 2026, in US dollars. Jane shows the same plan prices in Canadian dollars to Canadian visitors, so if you see a CAD price, you're on the Canadian view.

Jane's three plans

PlanMonthly pricePractitionersEach extra full-timeEach extra part-time
Balance$591, with up to 20 appointments a monthnot availablenot available
Practice$791 full-time included$35$17.50
Thrive$991 full-time included$40$20
All three include online booking, a wait list, intake forms, charting with a template library, superbills, 1:1 telehealth, reports and free data imports. Practice adds unlimited appointments and free text-message reminders. Thrive adds wait-list notifications, scheduled return-visit reminders, self check-in, packages and memberships, and reviews and ratings.

Some sites still list Balance at $54, which was its price earlier this year. Jane's own page has shown $59 since at least October 3, 2026, and Practice and Thrive are unchanged.

For a PT clinic, Practice is the place to start. Jane describes Balance as a fit for part-time solo practitioners, with up to 20 appointments a month, so a clinic seeing patients every day will want Practice or Thrive. Those are also the plans with text reminders and the insurance billing add-on.

How Jane counts practitioners

Jane prices by booked time, so you pay for the clinical time you actually schedule:

  • Full-time is 24 or more booked hours a week, and part-time is anything under that.
  • Booked hours are appointments that were booked, arrived or no-showed. Empty shifts and breaks don't count.
  • The included license goes to whoever books the most hours.
  • Admin and front-desk profiles with no booked appointments are free.
  • Each practitioner has their own license, so a locum covering part of a month counts as one more practitioner that month.
  • Billing happens on the first business day of the month, and changes mid-month are prorated.

What a PT clinic pays, by size

1$79$99$99$119
3$149$179$179$209
5$219$259$259$299
At 10 or more practitioners, Jane's estimator hands you to its team, with a free discovery call and dedicated onboarding.

Add-ons, if you need them

Insurance billing (US). It's a $20-a-month add-on on Practice and Thrive, plus $5 for each extra full-time practitioner, or $2.50 for part-time. It covers eligibility checks, electronic and paper claims, remittance posting and prior-authorization tracking.

Claim.MD. Jane's integrated claims and eligibility checks run through Claim.MD, which you set up as your own account, and Jane users get 10% off its monthly subscription. Claim.MD's own pricing page, read the same day, listed:

  • Basic at $30 a month, plus $0.30 per claim, remittance or eligibility check;
  • Small Volume at $60 a month with 100 of each included;
  • Unlimited at $120 a month.

If you already use a different clearinghouse, Jane can export your claim files for it.

Card payments. Jane Payments charges 2.85% + $0.25 for online payments and 2.6% + $0.10 on the card terminal, which costs $239 once. On a $40 copay taken at the desk, that's about $1.14. There's no monthly fee, no PCI fee and no contract.

Optional extras:

  • fax through a Documo license, at $15 a month;
  • unlimited AI Scribe notes, at $15 a month per practitioner (5 notes a month are free on every plan);
  • group telehealth, at $15 a month per practitioner (1:1 telehealth is included);
  • home exercise programs, through the partner you choose.

Month to month, with a demo clinic to try

Jane is month to month, with no setup fee, no long-term contract and no cancellation penalty. The price is the same whether you pay monthly or ahead.

Instead of a free trial, Jane gives you a demo clinic, including a US version, with sample data you can log into and explore as long as you like. It's a good way to walk through the parts your clinic runs on, from booking to billing, before you switch.

When Jane suits a PT clinic

Jane suits owner-led clinics that want a published price, month-to-month terms, and scheduling, booking, charting and billing in one place. Cash-based and hybrid practices can run on the base plans. Insurance-based practices add the billing add-on and use a clearinghouse, such as Claim.MD.

Whatever system you move to, walk through your own workflow in its demo first. If you bill Medicare heavily, include the 8-minute rule and the KX modifier. You can do that walk-through in Jane's US demo clinic.

Where Clinic OS Pro fits

Jane runs the clinic's day: the schedule, the charts, the billing and the reminders for visits that are on the books. Clinic OS Pro works alongside it. It connects to Jane directly and looks after the patients who aren't on the books anymore, the ones who stopped mid-plan with visits left. If you're on Jane, the two fit together.
