You should assume the number is marketable.

About most vendors, you would be right. Recovered revenue is the easiest number in this industry to inflate. Count bookings instead of visits. Pick a generous value per visit. Never re-check. Let a spam filter run up your click rate.

Our fee depends on this number, which is exactly why you should be able to check how it is built.

What has to happen for a dollar to count

  1. 1

    A patient is contacted

We log the message before it sends, along with the campaign it came from. The log exists whether or not it goes out. So a blocked message is still visible instead of quietly missing.

  2. 2

    They book

The booking is traced back to the specific message and campaign. It enters the count as booked, not yet attended, and it is reported in that tier rather than folded into a single number.

  3. 3

    They attend

Now the win counts. Showing up is the bar. Bookings are easy to produce and easy to inflate, and a patient who never arrives has earned you nothing.

  4. 4

It is valued at your rate

At the rate you set at kickoff, not one we supply. Once we know what the visit really collected, that replaces the estimate. The number moves toward what landed in your practice.

  5. 5

It is re-checked, and can be taken back

If a re-check fails, the win is removed. The total is allowed to fall. That is the part most reporting leaves out.

The four ways a number like this gets inflated

Worth naming them, because knowing what to look for is more useful than being told to trust us.

Count the booking

We count the attended visit. A booking sits in its own tier until the patient arrives.

Use a flattering per-visit value

The rate is the one you set at kickoff, and the real collected value replaces the estimate once it is known.

Never re-check

Wins are voided automatically when a re-check fails. The total is allowed to fall.

Let bots pad the engagement

Bot and mail-scanner clicks are filtered out before anything reaches a report.

Reported in three tiers, never blended

One combined figure hides the difference between money that landed and money that might. These stay apart.

Confirmed

Contacted, booked, attended.

Booked

Booked, not yet attended.

Staff-reported

Your team logged it.

And anything unmeasurable reads not tracked, never zero. A confident zero invites a decision based on a number nobody actually has.

Questions owners actually ask

When is recovered revenue counted?
When the patient shows up. Not when they book. A booking sits in its own row until the visit happens. A patient who books and never turns up has earned your clinic nothing, so counting it would be counting the wrong thing.
Who decides what a visit is worth?
You do, at kickoff. You tell us what a visit collects. We do not hand you a number. Once we know what the visit really collected, that replaces the estimate. So the total moves toward what you actually banked, not toward a nicer figure.
Can the number go down?
Yes, on purpose. If a re-check fails, the win is removed. A number that only ever goes up is a number nobody is checking. Any owner who has been sold marketing before already knows that.
How do you stop a bot inflating engagement?
We filter out bots and mail scanners. Company spam filters open and click every link before a human sees the email. That makes raw open and click rates some of the easiest numbers to fake.
What happens to things you cannot measure?
They read "not tracked" rather than zero. A confident zero is worse than an honest gap, because it invites a decision based on a number nobody actually has. Charts hide rather than render empty for the same reason.
What are the three confidence tiers?
Confirmed and attended. Booked but not yet attended. Staff-reported. We keep them apart so you can see what is settled and what is still a guess. One blended number would hide that.
Can I see which message produced a specific booking?
Yes. Every booking traces to the message and the campaign that produced it, and there is a per-patient drill-down. If a number looks wrong, it can be opened rather than argued about.
How does this connect to the Sprint guarantee?
Directly, and it is the reason the guarantee can be offered at all. The baseline is locked from your last 90 days before anything starts, recovery is counted on attended visits at your own rate, and the fee is owed only once recovery reaches at least double it. Every one of those depends on the measurement being honest, which is why it is documented on its own page.
